- All the pets that arrive at the hotel should be mandatory vaccinated, dewormed and treated for fleas and ticks no later than 2-3 weeks before their placement in the hotel. Mandatory vaccines for accommodation in hotel: anti-rabies, against infectious diseases, against Bordetella Bronchiseptica. Usually, where there are clusters of animals, the risk of infection with infectious diseases increases. We kindly ask you to be responsible. Bringing your pet unprotected to the hotel is a risk that you take consciously.
- Pensiunea Animalelor accepts only dry food or commercial-type canned food. The hotel does not accept food cooked at home (porridge, meat, etc.). This measure is aimed at the safety of animals from intoxication, allergic reactions or diarrhea. The hotel does not accept aggressive dogs in relation to other dogs, as to people as well. This measure is aimed at the safety of hotel staff, and other animals in the hotel.
- The owner of the pet should provide an ID card and a pet passport. For faster adaptation, we recommend you to bring things which your pet loves (lounger, toys, etc.). For easier adaptation, the familiar scent is a great helper for the animal.
- We are kindly asking you to book the room for your pet in advance, by the phone number listed on the site or online (Facebook, Viber). For booking, you must provide the date/time of check-in and the date/time of check-out. The price for one day is equivalent to 24 hours, the length of accommodation is calculated from the time the pet was placed in the hotel. The check-out needs to be done at the same time as the day of departure from the hotel. In case the pet is taken later than the set time, the price is calculated for one more day. When check-in you will have to pay a deposit which is half of the full amount, the rest of the amount is paid upon check-out from the hotel.
